What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Sundays 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Do you service my area?

We deliver all orders Monday to Friday within a 3 mile radius of St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York and Saturday to Sunday within a 3 mile radius from 341 Laurence Harbor, New Jersey.  For deliveries outside of these parameters, please call us 855-788-3426 (855-RUVEGAN) for special arrangements.

What about pricing, billing and payments?

We offer easy and convenient ways to pay your bill.  You can simply place your order via our PayPal  buttons throughout our website or you can call in your order at 855-788-3426 (855-RUVEGAN).  We accept all major credit cards via PayPal.  Our prices are subject to change without notice depending on the ingredients and what’s in/out of season at the time of your order.

Do you offer automatic payments?

Yes.  With automatic payments, you never need worry again about paying your bill on time, as the exact amount from your billing period will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card. Billing amounts may vary each month depending on your delivery quantities within a billing period.  You can discontinue automatic payments at any time by sending a written request via email to thebutterfliesnest@gmail.com.

Rescheduling, Adding, Skipping, or Suspending Deliveries

You can reschedule a delivery 6 hours before your order delivery.  For our monthly and corporate customers, if you need to skip a delivery entirely, you will still be billed the normal monthly fee.  You can suspend your deliveries at anytime.

What should I do if my meal delivery does not arrive?

If you have a problem with your meal, or your meal does not arrive, please call us immediately at 855-788-3426 (855-RUVEGAN) M-S 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.  If the call is received early enough, same-day re-delivery may be a possibility.
