Is there a minimum order for delivery?
We deliver all orders Monday to Friday within a 3 mile radius of St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York and Saturday to Sunday within a 3 mile radius from 341 Laurence Harbor, New Jersey. For deliveries outside of these parameters, please call customer service for support.
When do I need to place my order?
We provide meals prepared with fresh produce. Please place your order a day in advance.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require at least 6 hours advance cancellation notice.
What if there is a problem/error with a delivery?
If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, please contact customer service immediately.
Can I request an item if I don’t see it on the menu?
Yes, for special orders please call customer service for additional support.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal.

How often and when will my meals be delivered?
You can choose your delivery date once your order is placed and processed.
